For us, Ethiopian peach tends to lean a bit lighter and crisper. Burundi peach feels like a glop of peach cobbler goo. It’s heavy and melds into a date sweetness with orange blossom florals.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eOn the cupping table, we find Gitwe to offer a dense blood orange acidity, heavy peach notes, and a profound date sweetness. The finish is unique - we get notes of maple syrup with a zesty Tarkhun kick.
