Damages & Returns Policy

At Suited NYC, we take great care to ensure every order arrives fresh and in perfect condition. While we cannot accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature, we’re committed to making things right if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.


1. Non-Returnable Items

All packaged coffee products are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness for all customers.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at orders@suitednyc.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll provide either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement shipment of the affected items

Resolution will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and subject to verification of the claim.


3. Refunds (If Approved)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Shipping Errors or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or issue a replacement where appropriate.
Please note that Suited NYC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.


5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees charged by their country. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for delays or rejections caused by customs processes.
