2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

Orders are processed once payment is received in full. Suited NYC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.
3. Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders (U.S.)
Orders placed by 3:00 PM (EST) on Thursdays will ship on Friday of the same week. Orders received after that time will ship the following Friday. -
International Orders
International orders are also processed weekly. Shipping times and rates vary depending on destination and carrier. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply—these are the responsibility of the customer.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Suited NYC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
4. Returns, Damages & Refunds
We cannot accept returns for packaged coffee, as these products are perishable and cannot be restocked once opened or shipped.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at [insert email address]. We will review the issue and, in accordance with our Damages and Returns Policy, provide either a full refund or a replacement for the affected items when appropriate.
We may request photos or additional information to assist with resolving your claim quickly.

Inventory levels may fluctuate. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement, backorder, or refund.

All content on the Suited NYC website—including our branding, logo, layout, and written materials—is the property of Suited NYC unless otherwise stated.
Certain images, captions, and product descriptions featured on our website are used with permission from or in reference to partner coffee roasters and collaborators. We respect and acknowledge the ownership rights of all third-party creators and brands.
Such third-party materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of product representation, storytelling, and accurate credit.
