This coffee offers a beautiful crisp cup, defined by bright acidity and a silky body. It opens with green notes of lime and lemongrass, leading into a subtle violet-like floral character. The cup is vibrant and juicy, with a clean, refined finish.

Tambo is located in the Cauca region, in southwestern Colombia.
