"The pulping of this coffee left approximately 10% mucilage stuck to the seed, a mini-honey if you will. It fermented 24 hours, followed by hand washing and shade drying. As the coffee dried, it was stirred regularly and continually sorted to remove defects.

This lot came from the man seemingly everywhere in Ethiopia - Habtamu Fekadu Aga. The Goro washing station first came online in 2013 and has seven permanent and 100 seasonal workers. Expect to see several more Habtamu coffees on the Prodigal menu this year!"
