"Habtamu Fikadu Aga is the producer and exporter of this lot, which comes from Guji in southern Ethiopia. Kuri Mountain Coffee (the company name) was founded in 2015 and started back in 1945 as a family business. Pulped cherries underwent submerged fermentation for 48-72 hours, and then they dried on raised beds for 10-12 days."
